Taking a group class is a fun way to learn a new skill, get a great workout, and meet friends. A wide variety of classes that offer structure and predictability, but also fun and trying new things. It's a great balance! Our trainers expertly facilitate group activities and interactions so it's a positive learning experience for the group.

Cardio Drumming
This will be one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever have. Using drumsticks and an exercise ball participants will follow the instructors lead through a fun routine of tapping and drumming. This class is great for practicing coordination and focus, and it’s fun!
Time: Thursday from 5:30-6:00  Course Dates: November 7, 14, 21, December 5, 12, 19.

Team Building

This class is for members in middle school to young adults. Participants practice social skills and team work through cooperative games and activities.  The class starts with a group warm up and stretch before moving on to fun and games. The final class of the series is ‘Party Time’ where members enjoy a facilitated party with snacks.
Time: Thursday from 6:00-6:45.
Course Dates: November 7, 14, 21, December 5, 12, 19.
Fee for Members: $150

Karate

An excellent workout with opportunities to practice balance, agility and discipline, all while having fun with your classmates. Practice drills, play karate games, and build skills for self defense.

Time: Fridays from 5:00-5:30 or Saturdays from 12:30-1:00

Yoga

Yoga is a form of autism exercise therapy that includes breathing control, meditation, and specific bodily postures. This class creates a relaxing environment all while reducing pain, aggression, anxiety, and obsessive behaviors.

Cardio Dance

This Zumba like class is high energy and lots of fun! Listen to our favorite pop music while moving through a fun dance routine. Participants will learn coordination, body mirroring, rhythm, and dance.

Time: Mondays from 6:30-7:15

Sports Club

Learn, practice, and play a variety of sports. Participants will get exposure to basketball, soccer, floor hockey, baseball and volleyball. Work with others to practice skills and drills. Have fun while playing games and practicing with friends!

Time: Sunday from 12:00-12:30
